BOLD Inc. Code of Conduct
RELATIONSHIPS. BOLD staff and campers shall maintain high standards of moral and ethical conduct, which includes:
self-control and responsible behavior, consideration for the physical and emotional well being of others.
the use of appropriate language, courtesy and good manners.
refrain from verbal, physical, or emotional harassment, bullying, cyberbullying, or discrimination (relating to religion, race, sex, gender, or other) and/or the use of offensive or profane language.
RESPECT. Campers are expected to respect people and the properties including coaches, counselors, and staff (housekeeping, food service, maintenance, workers) and on all properties owned or associated with Camp Vanasek & BOLD Inc. (including but not limited to the camp, vans, Nisswa, Paul Bunyan trail, social media or any other physical or digital location the campers may visit).
DRUG-FREE. The illegal possession and/or use of alcohol, controlled substances, drugs, and tobacco are prohibited at Camp Vanasek (BOLD Inc.) or in any other property associated with Camp Vanasek & BOLD Inc. Paraphernalia associated with controlled substances is prohibited.
BOLD Inc./Camp Vanasek CULTURE. Campers and staff will do their best to carry on the legacy and culture of MHC by working extremely hard, having fun, building relationships with all involved, and helping others succeed in life.
